Mapping The Entire Dating Game
It’s about time someone broke down the core concepts of game and fully mapped them out. Without this knowledge, you might waste years of your life doing game wrong.
The Map Of The Game
In its most simplified sense, there is inner game and outer game.

Inner game encompasses the mental and emotional foundation of game. Your beliefs and mindsets help determine your actions. It is the mind game.
Outer game refers to the external side of game; your techniques, your conversation skills, and much more. It is what you say and do when interacting with women.
In the most simple way possible… Inner game is who you are. Outer game is what you do.
Inner Game
It’s not easy to map inner game. But here’s what it could look like…

I placed identity in the center on purpose, because a common theme among guys with no game is a lack of identity. Your identity can influence your emotion, your positivity, your authenticity, your frame control, your boundaries, your confidence and your mindset of abundance.
We’re living in an age of identity crisis. Men think they’re women. Women think they’re bosses and ‘baddies’. And normal or logical people are scorned for seeing reality for what it is, called ‘transphobic’ for not playing play-pretend with made up customized pronouns, or called ‘misogynist’ for giving men genuine family-friendly dating advice.
For a solid decade, people have viciously battled each other socially and on the Internet over identity politics… Transgender ideology. Racism. Battles separated into very specific teams based on how we can divide ourselves against each other.
I call it divisionism…
- Man VS Woman
- African VS Caucasian
- Rich VS Poor
- Young VS Old
- Socialist VS Conservative
- Christian VS Muslim
- Russia VS Ukraine
- Israel VS Palestine
- PS3 VS XBOX 360
- iPhone VS Android
But in the end, we are all the fucking same. Yet some people get lost in the wrong types of identity.
Picking a background identity, such as your ethnicity or nationality, doesn’t describe your personal identity. Your personal identity is unique to you. Don’t paint yourself into a background identity, that just blurs you into the background with everyone else.
Understand your identity, and perhaps the rest of your inner game will become much easier.
Primary Game & Secondary Game
According to the Game Glossary, primary game is game in the physical world, such as approaching women during day game and night game, or doing social circle game at events.
Secondary game is game in the virtual world, such as messaging women with your phone, creating a Tinder profile, using Instagram to send DMs to women, etc.

Social circle game sits between both primary game and secondary game. This is because your social circle can effectively be backed up by your social media, and you can display clear signs of status, preselection and social proof through your message game. Especially via social media and online dating.
The Areas Of Game
When you look at the overall picture of game itself, you could say there are several areas of game… Each more simple than the last.
- 2 Fundamentals Of Game: Inner Game & Outer Game
- 5 Pillars Of Game: Inner Game, Day Game, Night Game, Social Circle Game & Message Game
- 4 Pillars Of Outer Game: Day Game, Night Game, Social Circle Game & Message Game
- 2 Worlds Of Game: Primary Game & Secondary Game

The 2 Worlds Of Game
Once you realize that the 4 pillars of outer game are essentially just ways you can meet women, you can simplify your understanding to really see that it’s just a matter of either meeting women through the physical world or through the virtual world.

If you reduce all of outer game down to its very core, it’s really just primary game and secondary game.
Social circle game is just a matter of tying people into your network on both sides; in the physical world and the virtual world.
Day game is just night game when the Sun is out. And night game is just day game in the dark.
Ultimately, there’s just meeting and interacting with people through the physical world and meeting and interacting with people through the virtual world. It doesn’t matter what time it is. You’re either communicating physically or virtually.

The 3 Stages Of Game
What if I told you that there are 3 stages of game?
So far, we have only mapped the first stage of game… Dating.
These are the 3 stages of game…
- Stage 1: Dating
- Stage 2: Relationships
- Stage 3: Family
Dating is about meeting women.
Relationships are about keeping women.
Family is about raising family, or building a legacy.
All your game is useless if you spend years stuck on stage 1 of game and never get into a relationship until much later in life. With such a high divorce rate in the world, where do you expect your stage 1 of game (Dating) to take you if you have no relationship experience and eventually decide to marry a woman? Stage 2 of game is a whole game in itself.
As for family, you don’t have to start a family. But regardless of whether you do or not, stage 3 of game considers your legacy overall.
Dating, relationships and family all require inner game. So if there was a map created to illustrate the 3 stages of game, it would sure be interesting and complex.
