Carl Johnson (CJ) in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas definitely had game.
In the story of San Andreas itself, CJ had Catalina, a feisty Latina, as his girlfriend for a while. However, there were 2 other girlfriends (Denise and Millie) that CJ also met during missions, with 4 other unlockable girlfriends. This means that CJ had a total of 7 girlfriends…

Ezio Auditore Da Firenze
Ezio Auditore was the massively popular protagonist of the Assassin’s Creed franchise from Assassin’s Creed II until Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Ezio is also regarded as one of the most iconic video game characters of all time.
True fans of the Assassin’s Creed series would have seen Ezio grow from a reckless but charming young man flirting with women to becoming an old man with fewer words but pure presence. He had numerous love interests throughout the franchise and in multiple cities across Italy and other parts of Europe, and ended up marrying and having children with Sofia Sartor.
Fun fact… I was personally one of the first people to ever play Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, before it was released. This was back in my days as a game developer and a tester.

Johnny Gat
Johnny Gat is everyone’s favorite video game character in the Saints Row franchise. He first appeared in Saints Row, and made his most memorable moments in Saints Row 2.
Gat was a Korean-American badass, and didn’t take shit from anyone. Including women. But when his wife, a singer, was brutally murdered in his own home in Saints Row 2, he made it his mission to get revenge on the Ronin; a Japanese gang running the North side of Stillwater. The charismatic mass-killer that is Gat turned into a stone cold machine, ultimately burying his enemy alive in what went down as one of the most horrifyingly brutal revenge kills in all of gaming history. Absolutely fucking iconic.
Gat was briefly featured in Saints Row: The Third and was very unexpectedly killed off from the story right at the beginning, leaving Saints Row’s most hardcore fans extremely disappointed. While the third installment of Saints Row was undeniably more sexy, with perkier women and other outrageous features and customizations, the Saints Row experience was never the same again and very clearly went downhill from there.
And that’s why you can’t fuck with Johnny Gat. He will bury you, and he carried the franchise.

Tommy Vercetti
Tommy Vercetti is the protagonist of the super-nostalgic Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The game takes inspirations from Miami Vice, Scarface, Carlito’s Way and Goodfellas. Tommy Vercetti was also voiced by Ray Liotta himself; the star of Goodfellas.
When Mercedes becomes flirtatious with Tommy, or when other characters bring chaotic energy to him, he doesn’t react. Tommy Vercetti always remains stoic and never loses his cool. He just drives around and listens to the iconic music from the 1980s.
While the story doesn’t specifically go deep with romance, Tommy consistently puts all his time and energy into building his status and his empire.

Trevor Philips
Trevor Philips was one of the three protagonists in Grand Theft Auto V. He was essentially the crazy one and did the most insane and brutal things, but only Patricia Madrazo could soften him… After he literally kidnapped her.
Interestingly, Trevor is one of just two main video game characters who steals the girlfriend of another protagonist in the series. In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Claude stole CJ’s girlfriend Catalina; and Catalina ultimately betrayed Claude years later in Grand Theft Auto III only for Claude to catch up to her and finally kill her. In Grand Theft Auto V, Trevor steals the girlfriend of Johnny Klebitz, who was the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost And Damned, and then kills Johnny in a way that traumatized GTA fans.
Trevor Philips explores romance with multiple women throughout the story of GTA V, whereas Michael De Santa struggles through the turmoil of his marriage and family (Stage 3 of game).
