Anal Sex Quick Guide
- Buy an anal water syringe enema. I have a habit of keeping 2 at a time.
- With warm water, suck in enough water to fill most of it, or all of it.
- Insert the bendy tube into her anus and slowly push the syringe, releasing the water into her ass. (You can push faster if you both have more experience)
- Two ways this can be done… She can either wait 5 minutes with her ass filled with water (Slow version), or the impatient version is only to have it in for a few seconds (Fast version).
- Have her release the water from her anus.
- Repeat steps 3-5 a second time.
- Stick your finger inside her. If it comes out totally clean, you’re good to go. If not, repeat steps 3-5 a third time and test with your finger again. It should never be necessary to do more than 2-3 times if you’re doing the fast version. The slow version is 1 slow enema followed by 1 fast enema.
- Cover her anus in water-based lubricant (Anal lubricant), and stick your dick through her anus slowly if it’s her first time or if she’s inexperienced.
Anal Enema
The most important thing where anal sex is concerned is the enema. It shocks me how many people are completely unaware of this.
In clinical terms, an enema is a procedure in which water is injected through the anus and into the rectum in order to expel feces.
In good old redneck terms, an enema is used to fill ‘er up with water so she can rapidly shit everything out like a waterfall.
It is extremely important to use an enema on the women you have anal sex with. An enema clears out her rectum from the inside, ensuring that your dick doesn’t come out with shit all over it when you fuck her in the ass. Without it, anal sex would just be a stinky and painful experience. I remember one woman telling me that she didn’t want to try anal because she tried it before and it hurt. It turns out that her and her previous partner had no idea what they were doing, so no wonder it hurt. Using lubricant is necessary for anal sex. I personally like to use water-based lubricant when preparing a woman for anal sex. You can put a blob of it on two fingers and place the lubricant around her anus, so that her anus can become more relaxed and lubricated for when you start to slide your fingers or dick inside her. Doggy style is the best starting position for anal, with her legs spaced apart.
Depending on her size and experience, some women can be very tight, so it is important to have patience and slowly but gently guide yourself through her. If it is too difficult, you can try loosening her up or training her with anal sex toys.
Avoid silicone-based gel when using silicone-based sex toys. Silicone lubricants share a similar molecular structure to the material of silicone toys, so this would cause the lubricant to start bonding with the surface of the toy. It will essentially cause the silicone toy to swell and degrade, and poses a hygiene risk.

Sex toys can often seem gimmicky when you’re a man and she’s the one getting the pleasure out of them. But there are a few good reasons a man should use sex toys on a woman before or during anal sex.
The first reason to use toys is to build comfort levels with women who are new to anal. You can start small and have her get used to having something come in and out of her anus. The end is very small, which makes it very easy to push it inside any woman regardless of her anal experience level. You can have her anus expand and contract to sensually feel the beads coming through, each one bigger than the other.
The second reason to use toys for anal is to relax her. Butt plugs are extremely popular for this. Butt plugs can be used to insert into her, after the enema process of course, to help her rectum muscles relax. Are Women Comfortable With Anal Sex?
Many women are unsure about anal because they have never done it themselves and have potentially been brainwashed by myths about it. And just like period sex, some women are unsure about anal sex because whoever they tried it with before fucked it up by not giving her a good experience.
As a man, it is your responsibility to lead her through it and ensure that she is comfortable. But this requires that you are confident and know what you’re doing.
