How to turn things around
Maybe your vice isn’t drinking. Perhaps it’s porn, gaming or comfort-eating. Either way, the inner torment tends to be the same.
Deep down, you know what you should be doing.
I’m going to show you how to get out of this downward spiral. Grab a pen right now.
Sit without distractions and write a list of all the ways your vices are harming you. You’ll be tempted to write bullet points, but be as DETAILED as possible.
Don’t hold back. This list should be SO PAINFUL it makes you cry.
Then, write a list of all the good things that’ll happen if you quit your vice for good.
That’ll give you the leverage to get off your ass and make a change! It worked for me!!
