If You Make Assumptions About Hot Girls…

If You Make Assumptions About Hot Girls…

This is an exercise for those of you who assume bad things before approaching girls.

This is an exercise for those of you who make assumptions about hot girls.

Assumptions, such as…

  • “I bet she’s really superficial.”
  • “She’s going to be a stuck-up bitch.”
  • “I bet she’s going to be stupid.”

Anything negative at all…

First off, realise that these beliefs are holding you back. When you approach someone with the belief it’s going to go badly, they can feel this negativity and often treat you more coldly as a result. We receive the energy we put out into the world.

Secondly, I want you to try and approach a type of woman who makes you feel this way and FIND OUT if your beliefs are true. You’ll need be as open-minded as possible.

Thirdly, when you get into a conversation, stare deeply into here eyes. Become present with them. Notice how your preconceptions go away when this happens. Often, they become nothing more than a soul inhabuting a body just like you.

Finally, as the conversation comes to its natural close, reveal what your natural preconceptions were.

“So, I thought you were going to be like this, but it turns out you weren’t.”

It sounds like an awkward thing to do, but it’ll often bring you closer together.

This might not be “good game” in the short-term, but it’ll do you a ton of favours and help you realise that hot women are just people too.

If you want to go deeper on this theory, check out my interview with coaching client Chris.
