Take a mental note of how you talk to yourself
Hey, it’s Ciaran.
You may think that the way you talk to yourself affects nothing.
After all, no-one can hear it but you.
The truth is: negative self-talk creates negative self-image.
And negative self-image is one of the biggest problems stopping men from meeting the women they desire.
We believe the things we say about ourselves – and it shows in our body language.
That’s why I’m always recommending affirmations and positivity meditations to my confidence coaching clients.
A guy who tells himself he’s “the shit” will develop body language suggesting he’s “the shit”, and will ultimately be more likely to BEHAVE like “the shit”.
The guy who thinks he’s just shit….well, you get the picture.
The question is: how can you transform your perspective if you already have a negative self-image?? Do affirmations really help?
However, to really start believing you’re “the shit”, you need to start unlearning a lot of BS you have been told in the past.
That’s a bit more complex than simple affirmations.
