Inside The Manosphere Documentary: Behind The Scenes & Reaction
Louis Theroux’s documentary team reached out to me in 2024 for a documentary called Inside The Manosphere. I introduced them to Justin Waller and Myron Gaines. This is my reaction to the Netflix documentary.
Behind The Scenes: Inside The Manosphere

In recent years, people started commenting on my videos calling me ‘the Joe Rogan of the Manosphere’ because of my numerous interviews, panels and debates with dating coaches and other figures commonly associated with the ‘Manosphere’ and the book The Game. Over time, this has placed me in a very unique position as someone who is very well connected… Inside the manosphere.
The producers of Inside The Manosphere provided me with a list of people they wanted to talk to. Some of the names were…
- Justin Waller
- Myron Gaines
- Dan Bilzerian
- Michael Sartain
At the time, I knew Dan Bilzerian and Michael Sartain personally. Both are based in Las Vegas.
Myron Gaines and Justin Waller are based in Miami. But they didn’t know me as well as Dan Bilzerian and Michael Sartain.
I gave the documentary team everyone’s contact information and advised on the best ways to deal with them. And then we arranged a Zoom call to introduce the documentary team to Justin Waller.
Once the team had its sights set on Justin Waller, they arranged to drop into Miami around January 2025 to meet with Justin Waller as well as Myron Gaines. I even knew where the film crew would be staying.
Inside The Manosphere Reaction
Overall, I enjoyed watching Inside The Manosphere. It was a very fair documentary that highlighted the realness of what the Manosphere should really be about, while also exposing the darker side of the content various figures produce.
Justin Waller came out on top in Inside The Manosphere. He had solid frame control, intelligent answers and a genuine and honest point of view that line up very well with the 3 stages of game.
Figures like Harrison Sullivan (HSTikkyTokky, which should tell you enough about the guy) were probably just chosen to make it a little more shocking. Harrison Sullivan came across as a man without integrity, selling himself out for money so he can promote gambling and female promiscuity. This is not a man worth following.
The Figures Represented As ‘The Manosphere’
There is a huge difference between figures like Justin Waller and Harrison Sullivan. And it is clear what the difference is when you look at their mission from how they conduct themselves on Inside The Manosphere.
Justin Waller’s mission is to help men improve themselves and raise families founded on strong male leadership. He is the only one in the documentary seen to actually have children. And his main woman was smart and completely in agreement with the frame Justin had set. This is a man with real game.
Harrison Sullivan’s mission is to get more views on live streams by doing provocative and often illegal things, like instigating fights on streets, and he doesn’t care what he does or who he hurts in order to make money. This is no role model. This is an idiot.
As for Myron Gaines, it was unfortunate that Myron didn’t quite have the right frame control at the times he needed it most. And Louis Theroux made good points that sometimes the Fresh&Fit Podcast seems to just be an opportunity to embarrass female guests. But in fairness, if ‘Barcelona’ enters your mind when you’re asked to name 3 countries, you are cursed with the illness of stupidity.
Sneako didn’t necessarily come out bad, but looked more like a conspiracy theorist. At the same time, there is some truth to how society has changed for the worse in recent decades. But I doubt it has anything to do with Satanism.
What Is The Manosphere Anyway?
In one of my earlier emails with the team behind Inside The Manosphere, I asked them what they think the ‘manosphere’ is.
Here’s a part of that email I sent:
‘Why aren’t gay men considered part of the manosphere? They’re men too. So surely the G part of LGB would be part of the manosphere. They have their own dating advice. They have their own things out there.’
After watching Inside The Manosphere, I’m starting to think the manosphere is just masculinism; the opposite of feminism. It’s not that it’s anti-woman. It’s just an attempted correction on the failures of society where the 3 stages of game are concerned…
Pickup is just stage 1 of game; dating.
Red pill is just stage 2 of game; relationships.
And stage 3 of game is family, which has been challenged by increasing divorce rates and decreasing birth rates.
Who’s to blame for this? The Jews? Women? Democracy? Satanists?
I don’t give a shit.
I’m interested in the solutions.
My solution: Find real role models. Male and female. Fathers. Mothers. Let real, genuine male role models take ownership of the manosphere. From here on out, let’s define the manosphere as the men who have a positive influence on family and society.
It’s not about money. It’s not about women. It’s not about fame.
It’s about fatherhood, role models, leadership and protection.
This is what the real manosphere looks like…
